We are a little family of three who live in a beautiful valley along the Columbia river in Washington State. We recently moved back to our hometown from the city to be close to our family and raise our baby. Besides being near family, it doesn't hurt that there is plenty of fishing, great gardening conditions, and space to grow. Here we are:
Meet the husband. Abe. He loves flannel, sci-fi
books, his miniature poodle, all things curry, gin, and his family.
This picture makes me want to have more babies... hint, hint Abe.
Meet the wife. Lindsay (me). I love gardening,
canning, music, books, musical theater, red wine, comfort food, and travel. Also my husband... and my wacky baby, Gilbert.
Meet the stink bug. Aka Gilbert. He loves
Ted (the poodle), sweet potato, and his rubber ducky.
I am starting this blog to keep family and friends up to date on the latest happenings, to share recipes and ideas, and to help this work-from-home mama find people who share her interests.
